This is dangerous

It used to be that, in order to blog, you needed time, energy, thoughts and access to a computer. No more. I'm using my phone. An app. It's so easy that I'm petting a bird while blogging. In fact, I think its a neat coincidence that "an app" sounds just like "a nap". I think one leads to another. As Cathy says frequently, "I'm waiting for the chip." Thats where we're headed.
Next we blog just by thinking and everyone who wants or needs to hear your thoughts will do so instantly and, of course, you'll hear their thoughts. Then the world gets really small. You don't not know anybody eventually.
Of course, the ultimate end to this instant communication with all other humans is that we will, along with all other life on earth, finally merge into what is essentially one big "brain" named Earth.
Then there we, the space baby named Earth, will be. Floating around in space, scanning all of creation for our creator. We will have raised ourselves up to this point based on some directive intrinsic to us. Survival and communion.
See what I mean--now I've gone too far. I'm talking about stuff that, some might say should've remained shielded from the outside world in this boney brain container. Just because I can blog from my phone.
Want to follow a train of thought way past what's useful? We've got an app for that. And I'll need a nap for that.
